I cleaned out my freezers today. Why do I have raw blanched almonds dated June 2014? What did I make in 2014?

If I remember correctly, I made almond extract that year. I made a few other unusual extracts, bottled them nicely and gave a set to each daughter for Xmas gifts. So, I have no idea what I am going to do with them, but I could always make more almond extract. No, I won't waste them, I try not to waste anything which is why they were in the freezer.
