I'm sick of theist claiming that our existence is so astronomically unlikely that it proves there was a God, while at the same time claiming that the Universe is fine tuned for life.
From now on when someone post something to the effect of "How likely is it that we just happened to come to exist?" I'm going to make it a point to say 100% since we're here!
I mean damn how stupid can people get?

Well yeah. There is only a one in three hundred and two million chance of winning the Mega Million or Power Ball lottery, but it still hapens. Long odds means it is still possible, not that it is impossible.

The problem is theists are equating the very remotely possible with being totally impossible.

It is seemingly impossible to be in two places t the same time, but a tachyon (a sub atomic particle) can do it. So, even things that seem so unlikely that they seem impossible are not always actually impossible.
