there are a gazillion of them that lie outright, but one just sprang to mind. because it's currently medicare advantage enrollment season the ads for plans and for programs to find you plans are coming fast and furious. one of them talks about high-priced obamacare as if obamacare is a health care plan. it's not. it's a law. the ad mentions "if you are on obamacare...." everyone is on obamacare. the law applies to all insurance, not just the exchanges. the ad also claims that the law has changed. nope. the repugs keep trying but no, it hasn't. it implies that now you can get something cheaper that isn't obamacare. well, no plan is obamacare; it's all governed by that law, though. what the ad does not say is that it can't really do anything for anyone except take and sell your contact information.

The purple pill (whatever that is.) They basically sell you that is works because it is purple.

Then the stupid Flonase commercial. They have 3 ingredients... the competition has 1 ingredient.... And 3 is greater than 1. Really? 3 is greater than one? I need to listed to 30 seconds worth of bullshit for a 1st grade math lesson?
