What a woman chooses to wear or not to wear is by NO means an indication of consent to sexual molestation NOR is it a reason for blaming the victim of such a vile, disgusting act.
In my opinion, ANY lawyer using such a defense for a rapist should be publicly vilified, shunned and removed, post-haste, from practicing ANY kind of Law in the future.
