Just because they sue does not mean they will win...he has yet to be confirmed, but with the majority being Republican, it is highly likely he could be confirmed unless there are other dissenting votes.
This particular website is not known for accurate news...as a matter of fact, the entire article actually relies on headlines to present its conservative bent...in my opinion, it is fake news

Sorry I was not familiar with the source. I saw it as Breaking News on MSNBC which I do trust.
@sassygirl3869 I saw the suing part on MSNBC....and yes, although I also think they are biased the other way, I at least trust their facts....We are both smart enough to recognize that no matter the bias, the facts are facts...so, thank you for posting...I am an admirer of Senator Hirono..she is witty, intelligent and like a pit bull, isn't she?
