@Amisja Perhaps you didn't read the entire article? The guy creating fake news has infiltrated conservative groups on FB and effectively shut them down. And the fact-checker has been able to get to other fake news authors because of the copy&pasting of the fake news created by the guy in the article. Kind of like running an illicit drug operation in order to get at the "real" drug operators, despite the fact that it's doing nearly as much as or just as much damage as the "real" drug operations.
Aaaaagggghhhhh! Hating people a little more right now.
