Well at present Christians represent the greatest numbers on a worldwide basis. Sometime in the next few decades, Islam will supplant it, unless there are huge changes in current trends.

YHWH would be the winner, as he is the god of the jews, christians and muslims. Together they are around half of mankind.
China and india are big, but they are not a single monolithic religion, they have muslims, christians, conto, buddhists, hindis etc.
