On Quora Digest this morning was the question, "Who is the most corrupt politician in US history?" With the current Orange-thing present, why would there be a reason to even ask the question?

Don't agree. When he gets a brain fart, and decides to spin the bottle and nuke country X, you want to hope you aren't taking a vacation there.
I actually posted a story that was done about Andrew Johnson who was Lincoln’s second Vice President and how actually he was to a degree worse than trump if I can find it again I’ll repost it.
Just saying that trump’s a terminal disgrace but evidence has shown that he’s technically not the worst by physical standards not to say that he’s not trying but not quite there yet.

There is a deference between political posturing and corruption. Cadet bone spurs has taken using for personal gain to a level unseen in American recorded history. War is a way of solidifying the base and making money for the donors.

Hey, "Cadet Bone Spurs" is pretty good with 'thet thar' military salute- must have learned it from some kid's cartoons.
And it's a good thing that he hasn't got a larger family of crooks- his nepostistical choices would fill his whole fiefdom.
I should imagine that historically there must be a litany of them....we can only guess. I’m sure we believe our politicians today are the worst, probably not though.

I don't know how, or have the time, to analyze each of the 45. By the way, you may be right, but the point is, when they are as bad as the Orange-thing, who cares about minor points?
