Ah, those were the days.....

Imagine a popular sit-com of the future, where an old liberal couple are mocked for their foolishness, and derided by their conservative offspring.

Not even one indictment on anyone from his campaign or administration.

The term "clean as a whistle" never made sense to me: [yoursmiledentalcare.wordpress.com]

@TheAstroChuck Sure it does. I've used whistles (and reeds) - I play bassoon/ sax etc. that would never pass the sniff test that perform perfectly well. In Jr. High I worked in the cateria and was alwasy given food after lunch was over so wound up running to band (the next class) while chewing food. From first hand expereince, I can assure you whistles and reeded instruments perform well when totally crudded out.

@TheAstroChuck I've used similar stinky (not clean) whistles (about 1.5 inch in size) many times without any performance issues.

@TheAstroChuck You're good.
