Nerve pain from a damaged spinal cord, it can suck the joy out of your life. Nothing worked until a friend recommended Baclofen and it has really turned my life around in the past few months. Nothing works for everyone and some people have experienced strong side effects but for those that it works for, it really works. I appear to be one of those who does not suffer strong side effects.

Congratulations; I understand. My suffering after back operation lasted about five years, before I found pain relief. Mine was diabetic neuropathy, and changing to a plant based whole food diet cured it.

I crushed part of the nerve bundle in my spine when I fell down a flight of stairs, top to bottom and I landed badly. Some of the nerves seemed to rewire themselves around the damaged area but the pain was chronic. Now I feel normal again.

My daughter who is a member here rivkaThoms has had a baclofen pump - 5 total replacements over last 20 years for her cerebral palsy spastisity. Are you taking it orally?

Orally, 10 mg 3 times a day and it was a complete game changer for me, mobility restored, pain gone and with it a mental clarity that I haven't felt for years because of the constant grinding down from the chronic pain.
