Any chance that thing is a solar collector instead of a radiator?

@tartanathiest OK. I thought it might be like a passive hot water heater, albeit it may not do much in the winter. But just being junk makes the most sense.

You need a fourth option to your poll: "Global Warming may be real, but what is advocated for solutions is not worth it." Or, something like that.

He'll, here in PA we have a republican rep who says global warming is real; it is caused by people; it is because of our population and the heat we give off.
