The War of the Worlds (1953 version)
It was first released in February of 1953, but it didn't make it to our rural theater until December, hence the Christmas movie. I watch it every year.

For some weird reason I used to love The Bishop’s Wife with Cary Grant and David Niven I think it was but for the first time this year, after about four times around, I appreciated how clever and well constructed Love, Actually is.
