Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.What they need to do is go to the border and say to those immigrant people, "look we have a broken down neighbour, if you can rebuild it you can have the homes for free, if you agree to live there for 20 years, help each other out and create a community". Thats how USA started...it can be done again.
