It wouldn’t surprise me, I think it will definitely be the launch of his re-election campaign. The state of emergency would deflect attention away from the other issues dogging him. Does Meuller’s investigation get shut down along with the government?

i think we know he will. the real bets are twofold: 1. will the dems be granted equal time, as they've requested, or is it hopeless? and 2. how many lawsuits will immediately be pressed if and when trump declares his fake state of emergency?
