On this President's Day, I honor 44 of our 45 Presidents. I'd apologise for #45 but I didn't vote for him. I have a brain.

John Adams & Thomas Jefferson (Drunk History)...

think of a plan to remove his wig while he's out in public

id love to get close enough to run a shaver up that pricks head. I detest him and all I feel is trouble from him.

That is so 1960's. Muhammad Ali was always doing threats to Howard Cosell to grab his rug in public.

never know how accurate these things are
early data found that of the U.S. population:
46.6% didn't vote
25.6% voted for Hillary Clinton
25.5% voted for Donald Trump
1.7% voted for Gary Johnson
apparently well over 60 million voted for him.

Yeah, & Taylor Hicks won American Idol...

yes, i don't vote and will never be held responsible for any of these so-called leaders.

@LeighShelton yet you are responsible. You have the advantages of living in the wealthiest and possibly freest nation in history (and probably pre-history) yet you choose not to accept the responsibility that goes with those privileges. As citizens of democracies WE employ these clowns. They speak with our voices to the rest of the world. You may have a choice between two varieties of shit but opting out merely says you accept whatever the morons serve up.

By not voting, you cast a vote. This time, you elected tRump.

@RobAnybody we have compulsory voting here, but we have the same problem, we are forced to vote for dickheads because all our politicians are. The option is to not vote or to make an invalid vote, result is the same. I can understand @LeighShelton in this, but it doesn't change anything by not voting either. The lesser of 2 evils is still evil.

@Rugglesby Definitely. But it's our evil. To change as our responsibility. You'll never elect the perfect politician, they have to please everyone all the time. So, as the people ultimately responsible for the state of our nation we owe it to our country to make the best choice we can. Imperfect though it will be. And if we don't like the way the system is run, agitate to change that system.

well, your wrong in 2 ways as I live in England and I'm not being held responsible @RobAnybod.i think America was probably the most amazing nation when it only had the indigenous people there. I'm happy to be no part of putting evil in power and as you say if you can only vote for a twat then it doesn't matter @Rugglesby.

@RobAnybody You have nailed the problem, none of our countries agitate enough to change the system, which is the problem.

@LeighShelton Apologies for misattributing your nationality. Brexit? >😉

no country is better, there all fucking corrupt self-serving pricks.

I honor a few, recognize, at least most of the rest, & revile a handful. This present "thing" is in the latter category, for sure!

Do not apologize ever for making the right decision.

You're honoring Tyler, Grant, W, and Johnson? That's mighty magnanimous of you!

Compared to the idiot we currently have, those guys were great!

@LimeySteve I agree, with one caveat: I don't think he's an idiot; I've always thought he knows exactly what he does. And I don't mean that in a good way. 😟

@LimeySteve Hmm...Trump pales compares to the racist, murdering Andrew Jackson who first used the friendly Cherokee tribes to win the victories that got him elected (he even adopted a Cherokee baby) then not only turned on the Cherokee and slaughtered them, he rounded up the rest and sent them on the Trail of Tears to die on the way, to open up their land to gold miners.

Yes, I know. My Great Grandmother walked the trail. The difference between the two is the world is more easily accessed now, and Jackson didn't have a nuclear arsenal.

@LimeySteve Thanks, I neglected to include Jackson in the list.
