Do you really think it would even come up for a vote in the Senate. You have to pick your fights in politics, and timing is everything. The Dems have to control the Senate to get that through at this time, and have enough votes to override a veto. Not the time. This woman is no dummy.
That seems to be all that politicians can serve up, ever.
