If I had a restaurant I would have at least one unapologetic dish.
Bill's ode to Darwin:
It would be a fish and crab meat ball made with crumbled french bread and eggs. Dipped in a wash and rolled in ground peanut,almond powder, and chicharones. Deep fried in Peanut/Soy oil with a raspberry/strawberry alcohol infused liqueur sweet drizzle.
