The McClean Police Department in Illinois says they've apprehended Elsa from the Disney movie "Frozen" for bringing the Polar Vortex and its bitter cold to the region, including Cincinnati.
ATTENTION: Due to the EXTREME COLD weather, Elsa has been placed under arrest with NO BOND until further notice. Thank you for your attention and understanding to this matter. Respectfully, the McLean Police Dept.
