@tinebean where were you at, those stories are always interesting. I was a southern boy who had never seen it snow until I was 18. I tried to explain it as .. as fast as basket ball, as violent as football and as low scoring as soccer. To my southern relatives.

@glennlab Vancouver Island. I didn't see any snow as I was there during spring / summer. But I learned all about ice hockey, and Tim Hortons, among other things ?

@tinebean My one trip to Vancouver was fantastic, Stanley park. but I spent a lot more time in Trail, Edmonton, and Cold Lake. Two great people separated only by a common language.
