I’m out in Colorado Springs. Spin the radio dial here and it’s nothing but sermons and christian rock shit. The whole place feels like church—you can’t throw a rock without hitting one (and yes I’ve thought about it). And then there’s this fuckin monstrosity....

Sounds like Tennessee (and the rest of the Bible-Belt South). Ugh.

I was gonna say, never visit the South then lol. Churches on every street corner.

Yes, there's a huge military and christian presence, but head downtown or over to the Westside/Manitou. It's fairly normal here. And if you look, you can find okay music and NPR on the radio (but who listens to radio anymore?).
