Hope you are feeling better.

Had a subcontractor that worked for me for awhile who had chronic vertigo and tinnitus and it's not an easy row to hoe. It's hard to make plans because you never know when symptoms will flare. I was sympathetic because my late 2nd wife had similar health challenges and the work he was doing was pretty amenable to a flexible schedule, but alas, he wasn't able to to reliably do quality work (not related to his health issues) and I had to show him the door.
