Ok well I don’t know about where you live but in the places that I’ve lived those are out there from where roadside clean up crews pick up trash ( cleaning our environment)
And then another crew comes along with an actual trash truck and picks them up to be delivered to an assigned landfill for proper disposal.
You know our damn dirty government practicing socialism and environmental hygiene at the same time. And I know that it would be better if we didn’t have to see any of its byproducts but we are talking about the government you know. ?
