This picture was taken in 1915 when the N&W train bridge across the Ohio River at my hometown of Kenova, WV was completed. Notice the guy doing the headstand on top of the bridge.

Steel workers are a brave bunch. It also looks like both narrow and standard rails across the bridge?

It does look like that. Don't know why, though.
