I realise that by and large Real Estate Agents are greedy bastards but this latest missive, even in God bothering country, takes some swallowing. .... I'm waiting for next week's episode when the ante is upped to include a genie in a bottle!

I agree that real estate agents can often be pretty dishonest people. Recently, my husband and I decided that we were ready to buy our own home. And we were faced with the problem of choosing a real estate agent. We searched for a very long time for a good realtor so we wouldn't have any problems, and decided to consult with our friend who had also recently bought a house. He advised us to contact Revocable Living Trust, we decided to trust these guys and we did not regret it. They helped us choose a very nice house and the deal went as quickly and comfortably as possible. So not all real estate companies are bad.

Real estate agents are greedy bastards indeed. That’s why I never ask bank clerks what offers they have – they will always tell you only about the ones they are allowed to tell.
That’s I prefer to use the services of 3rd party companies like Mortgage Broker Wigan. They can at least explain to me the current situation in the market and what choices I have. They have a much wider picture of what is going on in the financial market and can advise you on what you need to choose. It is a safer option, and the money you pay to those advisors is much less than you will save eventually.

When it comes to economic spheres, it is pointless to talk about the morality and correctness of the actions of specialists. Real estate agents are engaged in forming capital and maintaining the real estate market, so it is not unusual that they act in personal interests. Of course, even among real estate agents, there may be scammers or dishonest employees.
Some deceive people who do not understand the nuances of buying real estate and practically take away even average retirement savings from older adults, selling them unprofitable offers. But it is wrong to blame all employees from this area.

I think that any profession deserves respect, especially if you work with clients. I also moved often and wanted to find a decent option for a house to live with my family. But if you are unable to do so, timthomas.co can help. It is quite difficult to find good options on your own. Imagine that you have to do all the work for the realtor and then go with clients yourself and make a choice regarding this or that house. I won't talk about investing in real estate anymore. If it were not profitable, people simply would not need such professions. But there is not so simple so let's not talk nonsense and give up such opportunities.

Fascinating how people keep commenting on the ridiculous unlinked post that I supposedly made over 3 years ago.
It can't be the #God he\it\she doesn't exist other than in some superstitious fool's minds.

Respect is earned. It's not an entitlement. If an industry does not work for the good of all humanity, ie. is stupid ¹ as has been the case of the real estate business for 2000 years or more, then it definitely does not deserve respect.

Stupidity & intelligence ¹.

[en.m.wikipedia.org]

These are Cipolla's five fundamental laws of stupidity:

  1. Always and inevitably everyone underestimates the number of stupid individuals in circulation.
  2. The probability that a certain person (will) be stupid is independent of any other characteristic of that person.
  3. A stupid person is a person who causes losses to another person or to a group of persons while himself deriving no gain and even possibly incurring losses.
  4. Non-stupid people always underestimate the damaging power of stupid individuals. In particular non-stupid people constantly forget that at all times and places and under any circumstances to deal and/or associate with stupid people always turns out to be a costly mistake.
  5. A stupid person is the most dangerous type of person.

Corollary: a stupid person is more dangerous than a pillager.

Real estate agents in the United States are really terribly greedy and often incompetent. I recently moved to Costa Rica because I finally became a freelancer and now I was finally able to choose where to live myself, regardless of having a well-paid job. Before I moved, I had to sell my real estate in Colorado and it took a lot of energy and nerves because of the stupidity of my real estate agent. But now I have already bought my dream house on grupoecoquintas.com and I 've been living in this paradise for half a year.

Why do I keep getting notification of your post? & Why are you commenting on an absurd incomplete post made 2½years ago?

Was there a relevant link to this post? If so what happened to it? I haven't a clue as to what this is all about.

And I supposedly posted it!

Buying the house you've always wanted or selling a property can be one of the biggest deals of your life. In these situations, many problems usually arise, and not only because of lack of experience, but also because they involve bureaucratic processes, many of them quite complex. And I don't understand why a lot of people say real estate agents are bad, but we buy house lubbock was very nice to me. And the information for buying the house was very useful, now I understand how difficult it is to buy a good house.

It's really very strange that this post is constantly coming to life. Although the Internet is an unpredictable thing, so this is not surprising. Can anyone tell me if it makes sense to invest in buying real estate at all, or is it better to invest in bitcoin? Sorry for reviving a dead post once again!

And if you were a real estate agent, how would you respond to such provocations? No, I am not an employee. It's just that I myself have recently been selling a house. It's seven circles of hell if you don't have the opportunity and the insight to see the market from the inside. Would you like to do the same for the price and still reduce the time it takes to find buyers? I think so. Only at [highestcashoffer.com] did you find the option you didn't turn down. There are charlatans out there and one has to be able to choose.
