Facebook allows threats to rape peoples children by right wingers to stand.
You really have to block people on your own if that is what you need to do.

I agree if you have the comments and trolling abusive writing then after a review the people should be banned for a longer period than 3 days or a week, but for a year. Also criminal charges should be pressed on by Face book themselves at their cost.
