I do not understand the objection to do-diligence. All of us would want more information before acting.

Is a person a threat to us?
historical involvement with violent organizations / or not
what is the history of each organization
how has each changed

The Proud Boys were multi-racial and peaceful. Then the alt-white infiltrated. Same with the EDL in the UK.

So, how can we not assume some of these organizations have been compromised. Just because someone says they are not an enemy does not prove they are what they say.
