Look, Ma, no hands!

This is the best invention ever created.
Violet is happily snoozing while I get shit done.

What a wonderful day!

(she slept 6 hours straight last night)

She is a little cutie!

@Donotbelieve sorry wrong site. Thought I was on SD.

@Donotbelieve if you had asked politely I would have. Go ahead and block me, I don't even know you nor do I care to.

@Donotbelieve you're welcome!

@Donotbelieve I'm stuck in the wrong part of the conversation.

@Donotbelieve not your fault. He was being an ass. He was way out of line.

All I know is if that were me you would not be getting any work done.

Who invented Baby Bjorn? Was it Bjorn Borg?

2

You are most fortunate. Newborns who sleep six hours straight usually get denied their union ID cards (Crybabies, Infants and Toddlers Union). It is considered gauche not to make your parents sleep-deprived.

Awesome!

Awww... Cute little bug! Those Bjorn's are great. Frees up your mitts for so many activities! Dishes, laundry, grocery shopping. Power tools not so much... I got a lot of use out of one when my daughter was a baby. I miss carrying around my little doodle.

@Donotbelieve I could see that being a challenge for sure.

She's growing fast! Great pic of you and darling Violet!!!

Sweet girl! And you look amazing! I looked like death at this point. No sleep, no shower a walking zombie!

@Donotbelieve You have lipstick on? Look gorgeous! And what a baby! Hope she sleeps 6 hours every night.

Awwwwww

What’s old is new again! This was the way children were transported in one form or another, for centuries. Then someone designed baby buggies and strollers, not to mention the 60 lb jobs women used to kill themselves trying to get in the bus, generally with the baby in the seat. We used carriers like this, then backpacks when my son get bigger. They love the body contact and the views, way better than being at ground level.

3

hope she continues to get some long sleep time in. that can be so harrowing, waking all the time

@Donotbelieve you are looking beautiful by the way

4

Beautiful. My daughter loved her carrier as soon as she could face forward.

Six hours is impressive at that age.

lol.... that's probably more than I slept.

@Donotbelieve I would argue that a quick study of her mother could explain her advanced performance. ? she'll probably be tap dancing in six months.

@Donotbelieve I don't know if it counts coming from an old man, but it looks to me like you did real good. you got every reason to be proud as a prize punkin'. ?

@Donotbelieve lololol.... that's got to be special coming from the car seat... that's hilarious!

@Donotbelieve lol... I really don't know that there's a better place to start in life. just might want to avoid those first words though.

@Donotbelieve well thank you very much. Mighty sweet of you to say so. ?

@Donotbelieve clever snark, people won't even know they've been dissed on until it's too late.

I had one of those for my son, took him everywhere with me, a ruck sack on my back for bottles nappies etc and we were set to go. Much easier then lugging a pushchair or pram on and off buses.

2

Looks like a real 'snuggle-bug'!

3

precious.

@Donotbelieve thats wonderful! thank you for sharing. this certainly makes me smile. ?
