An issue has arisen which compels me to post the following.
Just wanted to request that if you want to attempt to defend white supremacy, white nationalism, nazis, the klan, the confederacy, anti-immigration, any kind of racism, or misogyny, DO NOT bother trying to engage with me.
There is NOTHING you can say that will EVER show me that you are anything but a piece of shit, and completely beneath contempt.
I don't have to listen to your side, your data, your excuses,
or your lame-ass attempts to convince me I'm being close-minded to a "different perspective". Really, I do not "have" to do anything of the sort.
I'm not "on the left", I'm not a democrat, and I'm not a liberal.
I am a middle-aged, white woman, who lives in the Deep South.
Your judgment of my abject refusal to even consider ANY of that shit means absolutely NOTHING to me.
I have NO time to hear you out. I will never be inclined to
take you remotely seriously. Really, your opinions are worthless. You'd be better off just blocking me right now.
If you do decide that it would be a good idea for you engage with me regarding any of the above-mentioned topics, do not take offense when I do everything within my power to shred you to tiny, unrecognizable pieces (metaphorically, of course).

It was a private message from a member wishing to "debate" me on the subject.
It didn't work out in his favor.
@KKGator I am not a person who would ever choose to engage with someone like that. You really can not have discourse with people who are so off the chain. I know the prevailing opinion is that you should engage people and try and see where they are coming from. But not me. I just would rather not engage with people who are full of hate.
I completely agree....there is no universe in which there is any kind of justification for gunning down people who are in their house of worship minding their own business. You do not have to like me - or agree with me on anything - but - as a matter of common human decency - you should be able to accord me the same right to exist as you expect.....

You would be 100% wrong about that.
The nazis are alive and well, and all over the globe. In some countries, like Germany where they have been outlawed, they're still there, just underground.
After WWII, many fled to Argentina. Just because Germany and the Axis powers lost the war, does not mean nazism ended.
The American Nazi party is a recognized political party. It was founded in 1959, by George Lincoln Rockwell, in Arlington County, Virginia.
Nazis won the right to march in Skolie, IL, in 1977. That case went all the way to the Supreme Court, and was decided on the basis of Free Speech,
and the First Amendment.
You can dismiss this as "youthful angst and/or fakery", and choose to remain ignorant to the truth, just don't expect anyone else to.
The people you are talking about have emotional and mental issues and are not available (intellectually or emotionally) for rational thoughts or words. Life is too short to spend time dealing with them. Your time would be better spent banging your head against a brick wall....but I feel you may already know this ?I totally agree with your post.

There was no need to report it, because I didn't let it get to that point.
I shut it down before it could even get started. I clearly informed the member that there was no "verifiable data" that he could produce that I wouldn't consider suspect. Also let him know how I felt about anyone who thought there was nothing wrong with that way of thinking.
I said a bunch of other stuff, too.
Pretty sure I'm blocked now.
@KKGator I was thinking of reporting it so we could get him off the site.
@mooredolezal Technically, he hasn't done anything worthy of being banned from the site.
I didn't let him spew.
