A very good point! I did not care to see the movie, ever. The subject matter held zero interest for me. And Gibson has become one of my least favorite actors..

mel made a fortune with that movie & really pissed off the hollywood establishment who wouldn't finance it.

Mel Gibson and Ken Ham, 2 exports we Aussies were only too glad to see the back of.
Anyone out there interested in taking the Australian Liberal-National Party, Fred Nile, Tony Abbot, Julie Bishop and Barnaby Joyce as a package deal?

I still count "The Passion of Christ" as one of the most bloody movies I've ever seen...that was my memory of it...a bloodbath. I can just imagine Mel screaming..."More blood on set, guys....bring in the buckets of blood....."
