If you all remember , I was in Ethiopia last year. I went there by Ethiopian Airways from India. The same aircraft crashed a few days ago. The same crew had served me onboard. Talk about lucky escape. But I am having nightmares since watching the crash videos online.

I am so sorry that tragedy has touched you. It may be good to talk to a professional for a few visits if the nightmares continue or become worse.

I cannot imagine what you are feeling, with the connection to that particular plane and crew. There are no words that I can think of that could help.
