Everyone knows the grumpy, truly delusional old man in the family or neighborhood who is constantly saying things that are clearly coming from a damaged mind. We all know that he is delusional, but doubt that he knows that. The huge problem is that that old man is Donald Trump and he the American president. That is a clear and present danger.
