@IamNobody none taken. ?. Ive actually read through the years that it’s not about heaven at all. It’s about a lady trying to find fulfillment in material things only to find her life has been meaningless because she has never given anything back or done anything to help her fellow man.

Ive also read it’s about Sarah Winchester. The Heiress tonthe Winchester fortune who went crazy and built that odd house.

@Christiep77 I haven't ever taken the time to look it up. I am sure the story behind the song is interesting. I am not looking for a stairway to heaven but thanks for show me the way !! I'll look it up. It's a great song anyway, no doubt about that.
