Of course there’s no such thing. I tried advocating Hospice care for fetus/infant that has no chance of survival, even if showing signs of life after induced abortion/miscarriage.
Oy, vey. The vitriol. The name-calling.
The willful ignorance.

@Aryn Yes. But cannot believe that’s ALREADY A CRIME. They want to ‘save’ anything born alive. Alive does NOT equal viable. People of any age deserve compassionate care, if they are about to die. The anti’s I was talking to would rather force resuscitation. No matter what.
Confuse not the minds of the ignorant (or in this case, the deluded), they will only hate you for it.
@TomMcGiverin Ain’t that the truth??! I’m so glad I’m not in their family. The kind of people who bully their sick loved ones to have more chemo, more treatment, etc. I’ve dealt with that as an RN in Hospice.
@CarolinaGirl60 I used to work in hospice too and my wife was in hospice for her final few months. I hear you. Quality, not quantity. There are worse things than death and I've seen them.
