It seems that if there is a stomach virus to be found it will find me. Not how I wanted to spend my weekend😟 I get them so often. If I believed in God I would think he was smiting me.

Until I got pregnant, I had an iron stomach. In the first trimester, I lost 10 pounds. Some days I couldn't even keep down water.

Please see a doctor, dear. I hope you get to the bottom of this and find a cure.

Actually , a bit of pickle juice helps to settle the stomach..

Perhaps take a Probiotic - I do. (Acidophilus - you can buy it on Amazon and have it sent to you - easy right?). Or the more natural route - eat some live yogurt culture daily.

I never get those stomach bugs. (Ever). (Man now I'm due to be smited dammit) my older sister - all the time. I wonder sometimes if it's where our groceries are sourced. Or some other factor?

Used to happen in my college dorm too.

I hope you didn't jinx yourself! I can't eat yogurt but I can do probbiotic.

Gracious! I suffered with the flu when I moved to the US from our Haiti mission..after I got married I'd get it each winter. My lungs would get so congested I could hardly breathe, and I thought I had pneumonia.

But when I was 22 years old, I dumped red meat, white flour, and most processed food.
First, I went through detox, coughing junk up from my lungs, but once my lungs were clear, I didn't get the flu again. Or colds. Or infections. And suddenly I could run double the distance I'd been running.

Hmm... Are you in frequent contact with kids?

Special education - I work in a school.

@GreatNani that'll do it... Try vitamin C or orange juice everyday... And wash those hands whenever you touch a germy kid lol
