I would say I'm between meh and hated it. It felt rushed and sloppy. And the writing frequently made no sense. When Sansa says the north will be free, why wouldn't everyone else say they want to be free too. Then form a sort of United nations or United kingdoms. Smh. And why would the night's watch still be a thing. I was disappointed

Uggg it made me so mad

Well, since I read the books long ago, it was really not a huge surprise...

I enjoyed the entire series for the costumes, pageantry, and interesting political/familial power plays...the war against the undead was anti-climatic..the finale was ok...the actors/actresses were great and the sets were phenomenal...

I will watch it again this summer to catch more details...

My favorite part of the finale was when they all laughed at the idea of voting for the new king by the common people...it was a bit of a dig into our current politics that I found amusing...

So much action leading up to an episode of dust settling and loose ends being tied. The credits almost had more going on.

I refuse to watch most TV spending more valuable time fighting for the Green Party GREEN NEW DEAL of 2011 and the liars in the Republocrat party stealing plagiarizing the solid projections of Amory Lovins Rocky Mountain Institute of 2011 vote @HowieHawkins20

Tolkien-lite, with a zombie dragon.

I watch foreign movies mostly, so what is Game of Thrones? To me? Likely just another confabulation of American cinema that is to far to fucking predictable to keep me awake, filled with war-loving propaganda and outright bull shit . . . . and what exactly in you grew a little bit by watching it? I can say easily that with each movie I watch, I usually learn something new . . . . it may be just a few new words in another language, something about a different culture, but I come out with something . . . . American television, for the most part is about as worthless as a screen door on a submarine. That was my unique take on the subject . . .

I loved the ending -
I watched episode 1 of the first series for maybe 20 minutes before deciding it was rubbish unworthy of spending time on.
Many series later I was forced into watching the '10 best moments' (at someone elses house - the highlight I would definitely like being a guy who wanted to be king having molten gold poured on his head. .CRAP - if you want revenge it is best served very slowly and painfully - and molten gold doesn't cut it.. Pleased the whole thing is done with - I only have to avoid repeats, which I expect will begin very soon.

You missed out an option for me to select
"Didn't bother to watch"

Sorry

@Ravenwolfcasey I don't think many people would have fitted that category.

I think you should all stop it with the spoilers!

Never watched any of it.

I would like to have seen more time spent on tying up the various story plots that ended up not having anything to do with the ending. I suppose those ideas might be brought up again in the various spin-offs one can imagine happening in years to come.

I absolutely hated the ending...it made zero sense...

@RollTheBones Arya killing the NK was the most excitement I felt in the season.
