The warmonger oligarchs have always been in control Create conflict where there is none. And support those causing the trouble, no matter their morals. These people confess the most political political affiliation useful for their aims.

This is why America has so few non-war years. We have become an oil company with an Army. One excuse used for invasions is that we are giving them our democracy. They need badly to learn about George Washington.

We have a state of permanent war for America because it serves as a jobs program, it profits corporate America, and it provides us with oil and empire. I will not vote for a warmonger from either major party. Sad to say, I'm not sure I even trust Bernie on this issue if by some miracle he became prez. I know he would like to end our wars, but I'm sure he knows that if he did he's be JFK'd in some non-violent way.

when you can make people fear, they will, pay any price, accept any hardship, fight any war, on the promise of making the fear go away.
Fear is the mind killer.

They create the fear in the first place, and then say they need to wage war to keep the people safe from that fear.

If you think war is for the good of population, you felt in the tale of the moral war.
War is always for power and economic profit, sometimes the leaders can find a convincing excuses.

War is commercialised death on an industrial scale.

@Bobby9 Okay Bobby enlighten us, since you know better than Orwell, what other reason are there for war other than gain?
