I cycled round the coast of Normandy and Brittany some years ago and spent some time near Omaha beach. The roads leading to the beach have been given names of US servicemen killed in the landings and although I am not in the slightest bit spiritual I did feel a certain "atmosphere" in the place. It was very quiet and there was no birdsong. It was quite a moving experience but somewhat spoiled when we went in to a little cafe and a group of fat Belgians were noisily devouring a huge basin of mussels

This is a little off topic!

There are roughly 18 million people who are or considered Jewish on this planet!

I find it hard that Jews are considered as threat to mankind in any form or fashion!

They have but one country that is now considered their homeland and ancestral home!

There are 52 Sharia governed nations on this planet!
With over 1.75 Billion Islamist on this planet.

I apologize if this offends anyone!

The truth must be told that too many prejudices are based on false facts and all out lies!

As a veteran and one who has the ultimate respect for those who served in WWII I really appreciate the opportunity to read this article. Especially on memorial day.
