Quite true. It has to be remembered that it is the President of The United States Of America visiting London, not Donald Trump. If she was required to meet individuals rather than the office the PM meeting every week would probably be down to every three months. Make that one a year if it were Boris Johnson!
a nice old Lady.
i was in an honor guard for one of her visits to canada ( PEI mid 1970s).
she stopped to talk to a fellow airman right next to me & continued on. i remember her as looking like a little old lady, with her white hair, way back then.
