Does that surprise you? The lower class taking the biggest hit. I was quite pissed when I got less back on fed tax refund. Hopefully when trump is impeached those tax cuts and other financial bs will be put back to way it was.

no but it did benefit the top .1% e.g. CEOs who bot back company stock with those refunds. thereby enriching themselves b/c of the options they granted themselves at much lower prices.
it's amazing to watch all this unfold. but 99% of the population don't have a clue.
