What is debated in science cannot get a
"rubber stamp of religious approval". Like
sexuality-the subject is polarizing some religions/same with abortion. They seem
steadfast in thier denial of progress for humanity: we need to heal divisions & move foward so we can survive & thrive as a SPECIES
Also: the context of individual sacrifice or kindness is important-i can give of my excess ($) without actually knowing the result,or being effected by it.
Give the begger a fish-or give him a fishing pole. In some instances you can make a person depend on the resource given; not helping thier esteem or future.

The difference between doing something out of altruism or doing the same thing for your own self-interest is major. We can’t always know what others’ motivations are, but they still matter.

Our motivations should matter.
