I see faces in trees, rocks, moss, and other naturally occurring things. I know a lot of people do. What sort of human faces do you see most frequently? Scary, kind, old wo/men, ... and what do you think it tells you about yourself?

You look like an outdoorsman. I see animals as well, but in the city mostly humanoid faces. That's a revelation. Thanks.
I see faces all the time in practically everything that has an uneven surface, carrier bags, curtains etc., but I also hear things in music that other people don't and in other sounds like engines, motors, etc..

I just put it down to me being an oddball.
I like oddballs. They are the new normal. I kind of see a face in your profile pic, but nah.
My bathroom tiles have a variegated pattern. When I sit on the john I see a very distinct face looking up from the floor. I haven't named him yet but I'm about to!

Wow, and once you see those gremlins, they're really hard to get rid of.
I'm a writer. I like to write occult-themed stories: ghosts, vampires, demons... So the things I see in the clouds and trees might have faces, but these faces make the world around me seem alive. I kind of get why the ancients, without scientific knowledge, might think that there were creatures in the forests and the world around them. I like it.

There are critters everywhere. I love it. It makes the whole environment move.
It's called Pereidolia, and it's a brain disorder in some people.
