Is this a startup or continuing meeting? Either way, I wish you the best. I've been a core member and presenter in our local group for over six years. It's a large part of my life. Be well.

This is an ongoing, every First Friday since before I joined. Our location changed about 2 months ago. This is just one of our get-togethers. We were in the Pride Parade yesterday, and today we have our weekly Book Club. We also do a Third Thursday which I think we have to move to second Thursday this month.

@HippieChick58 Participated in a pride parade. Good for you and your group. I've tried to convince our group to do a table or parade as a way of letting others know about us and that we exist. There are others out there that would like to join us but don't know we exist. Cheers.

@rogueflyer We use MeetUP to publicize our activities. We have a FB page. We have had a booth at community events like the Earth Day Celebration and previous pride parades. We have done joint events with another group called REASON (Rationalists, Empiricists and Skeptics of Nebraska). We have members that are politically active and members that are Active Duty.
