I'm not sure just how to read the carefully worded response these chains made. Personally I would like to see a more blunt statement, maybe something like - we think what this president and it's administration is doing is wrong and in violation of human rights and we will not be a part of it. 
But I'll take what they stated as being against the plan.
Hopefully announcing the plan gave many a chance to go hide somewhere.
