Actually, this is somewhat inaccurate. Democracy is 2 wolves and 10 sheep voting on what’s for dinner. Liberty is the 10 well armed sheep making sure that the 2 wolves don’t ignore the results of the vote and decide to have sheep for dinner anyway.
