It will be close. Last govenor(republican) was dick head and current one (Dem.) raised a bunch of taxes which I'm not happy with. They can find money to give themselves raises , but they can't find money fix the roads or bring good jobs back to the state. Only good thing Illinois has done good lately is make pot legal.

They have been making progressive moves on abortion, birth control and women’s rights lately.
Democrats always have to raise taxes after republicons have cut taxes for the rich and bankrupted the state.
