I do not work again til Tuesday and I'm drinking whiskey. It will not help me to sleep. On Monday I will get my act together again.

Hm whiskey sounds so good right now

@averykings I would share but you are so far away from me right now.

Stop fiddling around on the internet and let your brain shut down into sleep.
I've done my long shifts for the weekend, so I can understand the problems. I works stupidly long shifts. And have a drink avoiding caffeine and alcohol. Think happy thoughts

Urgh, i don't think it’s my phone cause I didn’t touch it for at least two hours. I do drink a lot of coffee so it might be that?? I don’t really know.

@averykings If you have finsihed a very long shift, then that will upset your circadian cycle. Then because of fatigue, you find it hard to sleep as you begin to worry about waking up in time for work. This then become cyclic.
I've done my sleep and dreams studies... Ah psychology

@Sofabeast okay, very interesting information, thanks!
