The Mix-up of the Two Jonathans. [msn.com]
Yesterday Trump mixed up Jonathan Karl of ABC World News with Jonathan Carl a minister in Kentucky. He tweeted to the wrong Jonathan saying he was a "lightweight reporter" for criticizing him when he included Alabama as a state in the path of Hurricane Dorian.
The wrong Jonathan got a laugh at first but then became a target of Trump supporters who directed their insults toward him not realizing he was not the reporter. In other words, he lived a day in the shoes of a Trump target.
He published an open letter to the President saying, "Please don't make Twitter-universe such a dark and depressing place."
Here's the kicker as he stated his displeasure with Trump..."He hurled the same insult back at Trump that Trump had mistakenly leveled at him — but then turned it into a theological point. “Let’s be honest, you are a lightweight too,” Carl wrote. “We all are. God is the only heavyweight who knows it all and gets it right all the time.”
The Bahamas just got leveled by a category 5 storm, but "...God gets it right all the time."
Our President and the religious...we need to get them out and off of the stage that is steering this country!!

This should be a lesson that leaders do need a staff to check what they write/say because we all make simple mistakes (some more than others!). Trump just doesn't care about anyone but himself so mistakes don't matter (of course he "never" makes any either).

Don’t his supporters feel tied to his incompetence, if not his lies? Will ‘trump fatigue’ set in before election time next year.? Will any more republicans challenge him..? Seems a time is fast approaching where this buffoon's either disappointed or pissed off everyone… A national disgrace

How right you are. People are making "Donnie excuses" so badly that many claim he was right about Dorian and Alabama and those that say differently can be disciplined or fired for attacking him. How bad can this get? Adolf used to put out all this stuff but poor Donnie does not know better because he was born in Kenya.

Well, sure... it was the Bahamas and nobody he knew was down there at the time. Could have been a hurricane in Kentucky instead. See? God had to destroy something, he picked the right target.
It's like when Trump throws a tantrum, he just should have aimed it at the right person.

I'm sure it was an honest mistake. Trump was probably just tired after hiking the Tallahassee Trail to unwind from all the stress after the devastation Hurricane Dorien did to Alabama.
Or he's just a stupid shit who gets everything wrong.

Time and time again, the so called righteous show how hypocritical they are when it comes to loving thy neighbor. The very people who tell you how much they love their god are the same ones that will condemn you or worse because you don’t believe what they do. Trump is merely mirroring what has always been here, the ignorance that are citizens have shown and are is beyond words .
