The term is "18 U.S. Code § 1505. Obstruction of proceedings before departments, agencies, and committees." That's worth 5 years in federal prison.
Throw in "18 U.S. Code § 371. Conspiracy to commit offense or to defraud United States" and you can add another 5 years in federal prison.

What did you expect from Trump, he knows better so he will simply ignore it.
It is his way of dealing with everything, my way or the high way.
It is childish narcissism, eventually they will probably have to lead him out of the White house using an ice cream truck full of porn stars on the front lawn or a piece of fried chicken on a fishing line, he certainly won't go in a dignified manner and any election he does not win will be "fake news"
