Why god created Atheists?
If you know a religious person can't see the reason, at least show them how to act instead of doing nothing.

I have read this before and found it very interesting. I think it demonstrates that the religious, who need the promise of reward in the afterlife to be moral, need the example of atheists, who need no such reward to act morally toward others. It is couched in the terms that god created atheists for the express reason of being a good example to believers, and therefore are part of his master plan. That is quite a neat explanation, and quite ingenious.
The irony of most theists' beliefs is that they practice unselfishness for the very selfish reward of heaven or paradise in the future. This is simply delayed gratification, not true unselfishness. As the story shows, it is the atheists who practices true unselfishness as they expect no reward other than the inherent reward of knowing you have done the right thing. Yet, it is those who practice true unselfishness who allegedly are condemned to hell.
Shall we back up a bit? Let's chuck the preconceived notions and prove any gods exist before we attribute any behavior to them.
The point is not this, the message is a call to action, independent of an entity called god
A concept we should all try to follow as Humanists and Atheists.
