What do you think of protests against Chic FIL A in Canada because of its homophobic stances. It is though that the charities it will support will be those that are also homophobic. [beta.windsorstar.com]

Once businesses actively decide to support political/culteral issues people have no choice but to express thier views through thier purchases. This is on chic-fil-a, and them alone, for deciding to activly support one side over the other.

I boycott them. Also Hobby Lobby, Jimmy Johns, and others. Now that Salvation Army bell ringers are out, I tell them I don’t donate to organizations that are anti LGBT.
Protest and boycotting is our right...and our duty.

It is KNOWN that Chick-Fil-A has already donated large amounts of money to organizations that actively fight against gay rights

It sounds fair to me. Consumers have a right to patronize a business or not for any reason. I try to avoid any business that is openly sectarian such as Hobby Lobby and In-N-Out burger. In-N-Out prints Buy-Bull chapter and verse numbers on the bottoms of their paper cups.
